Role Overview

1st Choice Ambulette is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Westbury office. The role involves answering and managing incoming calls, scheduling and coordinating medical transportation services, and providing professional support to patients and drivers.

What You Will Do

Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule and coordinate medical transportation services, use computer systems for data entry and trip management, and provide professional, courteous support to patients and drivers.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Prior ambulette/transportation experience is a plus, but not required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is also a plus. Local to Westbury is preferred.

Requirements

  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • Knowledge of Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk geography
