Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, and building long-term relationships. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering relevant products and services to meet their needs.
What You Will Do
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in both Spanish and English. Provide product/service information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
