What You Will Do

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume customer service and data entry environment.
- At least 1 year of recent experience handling customer phone interactions in a corporate setting.
- Intermediate math skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong spelling and grammar.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
