What You Will Do

Manage assigned work efficiently using Salesforce. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and monitor shared email inboxes. Respond to customer inquiries and collaborate with internal departments to resolve service-related issues.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume customer service and data entry environment.
  • At least 1 year of recent experience handling customer phone interactions in a corporate setting.
  • Intermediate math skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong spelling and grammar.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
