Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional assistance. You will manage incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, and direct matters to the appropriate person or department. You will also provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, managing receivables, payables, and entry of information into the accounting system. You will also perform other related duties as assigned.
