Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and prospective customers, ensuring a prompt and professional manner. You will manage incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, and provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
What You Will Do
You will handle receivables, payables, entry of information into the accounting system, and perform other related duties as assigned. You will also be responsible for answering a high volume of calls and/or emails daily.
