What You Will Do
Answer inbound customer calls, schedule HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service appointments, help customers choose appointment times, answer customer questions, update customer information, work closely with Dispatch and Operations, and create positive customer experiences.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of customer service, call center, hospitality, retail, scheduling, or other customer-facing experience
- Home services experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) is a plus
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
