Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist our motorists in understanding their emission testing results. The role involves explaining emissions testing results, guiding motorists through waiver processes, and performing emission tests when needed.
What You Will Do
Explain emissions testing results to motorists, guide motorists through waiver processes, review waiver and extension forms, perform emission tests, and maintain a clean and professional environment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires strong communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Comfortable standing for long periods is a must. Automotive knowledge and/or customer service experience is a plus.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of certification training program for customer service/emissions testing
- Friendly, professional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable standing for long periods (up to 90% of the shift)
- Automotive knowledge and/or customer service experience is a plus
