Role OverviewThe Customer Service Representative will receive, investigate, and respond to all customer inquiries regarding shipments, service, and concerns. This role is in-person, full-time, and based in St. Cloud, MN.
What You Will Do
Confer with customers, trace packages, arrange deliveries, resolve delivery issues, and communicate with the claims department and branch managers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and basic computer skills are required. Customer service, administrative, or clerical experience is preferred.
