Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and prospective customers, greeting and assisting them in a prompt and professional manner. You will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, and providing clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling receivables, payables, and entry of information into the accounting system, as well as performing other related duties as assigned.
