Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll help people in your community access the financial solutions they need. You'll connect with customers, review and process transactions, maximize customer success, and perform duties outside of the office, including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
