Assists patients with check-in and check-out process, prepares medical records, directs telephone calls, initiates scheduling process for diagnostic tests, verifies financial information and insurance coverages, and verifies scheduled appointments.

Requirements
- Certification as a Physician Office Business Administrator
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Customer service, reception, filling or billing experience in a physician's office or hospital
- Ability to apply medical terminology
