Role OverviewThe Customer Service Representative is the face of the company, responding to customer inquiries via telephone and face-to-face meetings. They provide quality service, maintain confidentiality, and maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers. The CSR works with other team members to answer phone calls and set up courses. They also observe student behaviors in training rooms and computer labs, ensuring the integrity of testing processes.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring a smooth check-in process, answering phone calls, helping customers with questions or concerns, and maintaining confidentiality. The CSR also works with other team members to answer phone calls, set up and break down courses, and monitor students in training rooms and computer labs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED diploma
- Six months to a year related customer service/cash handling experience
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
