Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the direct point of contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, and commercial accounts. You will provide information, handle complaints, and process customer orders in a timely, efficient, accurate, and courteous manner.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include interacting with customers, investigating and responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints. You will also be responsible for qualifying orders, processing paperwork, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) etc.
- Proficient general office skills (typing, computer, fax, filing, multiple phone line)
- Neat personal appearance with pleasing manner and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills with capacity to make independent decisions
- Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing, bookkeeping or medical office experience preferred
