Role OverviewThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for clerical duties involved in the preparation, processing, and fee collection efforts for various tax-related services. The role requires review of documents, data entry, and money collection within established balancing procedures. The CSR may also be responsible for processing Concealed Weapons Permits and/or birth certificates.
What You Will Do
The CSR will receive payments for new and renewal tags and titles, review proof of ownership and insurance documents, issue license plates, and collect fees. They will also assist the public in completing forms, verify vehicle identification numbers, and process applications for disabled persons parking placards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of cashiering and/or customer service experience, and a valid Florida driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The candidate should be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
