You will work in a team atmosphere to meet the service center's goals each month.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include acting as a detective to determine problems and find solutions, assisting with scheduling services, taking payments, and updating customer files. You will also work diligently to connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Present a professional appearance
- Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
- Willing to work minimal overtime as needed
