Role OverviewThis is an in-office position located in Harvey, LA, where you will work with a team to deliver energy to build communities. What You Will Do
You will answer/transfer high volume telephone calls, maintain customer accounts, provide product and/or service information to customers, accurately order requested products, build and sustain relationships with customers, and manage customer concerns and provide solutions when possible.
