Role OverviewThe NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in the Licensing Division. The representative will be responsible for reviewing and processing applications, performing clerical work, and providing high-volume customer service to licensing applicants.
What You Will Do
The representative will review and process applications, perform clerical work, check records for accuracy, perform mathematical computations, provide customer service, and assist applicants with outreach to other city agencies.

Requirements
