Role OverviewThe Customer Service Representative will work as part of a supportive team to provide exceptional service to customers, assist with equipment inspection and maintenance, and use technology to dispatch and return equipment.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include assisting customers, using U-Scan technology, moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers, cleaning and inspecting equipment, and participating in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University.
