Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a supportive team to provide exceptional service to customers, assist with equipment inspection and maintenance, and use technology to dispatch and return equipment.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include assisting customers, using U-Scan technology, moving and hooking up equipment, cleaning and inspecting equipment, answering questions, preparing rental invoices, and performing other duties as assigned.
