Role OverviewCustomer Service Representative will work as part of a supportive team to provide exceptional service to customers, assist with equipment inspection and maintenance, and dispatch and return equipment using up-to-date technology.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include assisting customers, using U-Scan technology, moving and hooking up equipment, cleaning and inspecting equipment, answering questions, and preparing rental invoices.
