Role OverviewThe Customer Service Representative will work as part of a supportive team to provide exceptional service to customers, assist with equipment inspections and maintenance, and use technology to dispatch and return equipment.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include assisting customers, using U-Scan technology, moving and hooking up equipment, cleaning and inspecting equipment, answering questions, preparing rental invoices, and performing other duties as assigned.
