Role OverviewThe Customer Service Representative will work as part of a supportive team to be the face of U-Haul's exceptional service, assisting customers, and using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment.
What You Will Do
Assist customers, use U-Scan technology, manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, clean and inspect equipment, answer questions, prepare rental invoices, and perform other duties as assigned.
