Role OverviewU-Haul is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to work as part of a supportive team to provide exceptional service to customers. The role involves assisting customers, using technology to dispatch and return equipment, and inspecting and maintaining equipment.
What You Will Do
Assist customers, use U-Scan technology, move and hook up trucks and trailers, clean and inspect equipment, answer questions, prepare rental invoices, and perform other duties as assigned.
