Role OverviewThe Customer Service Representative provides prompt and excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner. They are responsible for maintaining the store facility's condition and equipment to Company and/or brand standards.
What You Will Do
The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties: customer satisfaction, facility condition, merchandising, sales controls, financial controls, security controls, and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to accurately operate a variety of equipment, communicate information and ideas, and perform the four basic arithmetic operations. They will also be able to work as scheduled, including arriving to work on time, and perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Ability to accurately operate a variety of equipment
- Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
- Ability to perform the four (4) basic arithmetic operations (add, subtract, multiply and divide) preferred
- Ability to work as scheduled including arriving to work on time
