Role OverviewThe Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service, maintain store facilities, and perform various duties such as ringing up sales, performing multi-function operations, and reporting incidents.
What You Will Do
The representative will greet customers, assist with sales, and perform cleaning and housekeeping duties. They will also be responsible for controlling merchandise, cash shortages, and other selling expenses.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, experience in retail sales, and the ability to accurately operate various equipment. They will also be able to communicate effectively and perform physical functions such as lifting and bending.
Requirements

- Ability to perform the four basic arithmetic operations
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift
