Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides first-line customer service for residents and guests, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring excellent service standards. They perform administrative tasks, maintain knowledge of policies and laws, and communicate effectively with residents, team members, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs and the on-site rental system.

  • Requirements: Requires 1 year administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Must pass drug screening and complete required training
