Job Description
The Customer Service Representative plays a powerful role in shaping the experience of our customers and driving the success of our iconic brands. In this position, you’ll own key customer relationships, ensure flawless order execution, and directly influence essential service metrics like On Time In Full and customer scorecards. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, serving as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining OTIF and customer scorecards, participating in account meetings, and overseeing deductions and OS&D processes.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years customer service experience.
  • ERP experience (Infor/M3 ideal).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
