Requirements

  • 1 year of banking, mortgage, financial services, or customer support roles experience
  • Basic understanding of mortgage processes, loan servicing, and banking products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer management systems
  • Experience handling mortgage servicing or loan-related customer inquiries
