Job Description
Customer Service Representative (Remote) addressing and resolving customer questions and issues, providing best customer experience possible, correcting errors, following up with process servers, moving orders along, and providing information and updates. This role requires diplomacy, ability to think on your feet, and keep a cool head while juggling many priorities at once.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone
  • Technology Driven; Experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, PDF Editor and phone systems preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
