Job Description
The Customer Support Specialist addresses and resolves customer questions and issues, provides the best customer experience, and works with other teams to ensure tasks are completed on orders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Technology Driven; Experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, PDF Editor and phone systems preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
