Role OverviewCustomer Service/Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. They learn about products and provide information to customers to sell an entire project. Associates maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure a safe working and shopping environment.
What You Will Do
Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in their department. Handle basics in adjacent departments. Maintain assigned areas in-stock, clean, shop-able, and safe.
