Role OverviewAs a Senior Representative - Customer Service, you will respond to customer inquiries and resolve complex or unusual requests. You will analyze customer service needs and refer to other departments as needed. You will provide updates to internal teams on customer needs and factors that contribute to customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain business relationships with customers, answer questions and concerns, handle customer account inquiries and complaints, and process payments. You will also mentor and give direction to team members, provide training on best practices, and back-up support to sales counter.
