Job Description
Customer Service Specialist II represents HellermannTyton by serving customers via phone, email, fax, and direct sales force contact. Responsibilities include product expediting, data entry, and resolving customer issues, maintaining quality certifications, and communicating with sales and project management.

Requirements

  • Maintain assigned accounts
  • Perform order entry into JD Edwards ERP
  • Service customers with post-order issues
  • Handle requests for expedites, exceptions, substitutions, allocations orders, and/or special problems
  • Coordinate daily communications with Sales and Project Management
  • Evaluate, monitor, and escalate potential production outages
  • Perform and document contract review on customer orders
  • Monitor backorder reports and notify customers
  • Maintain accurate data including order information, part number cross reference table, new product codes
