Role OverviewThis role is essential to keeping projects on track, supporting team operations, and ensuring accurate and timely billing. The Customer Service Specialist will serve as the administrative backbone for project teams, coordinating documentation, tracking deliverables, and working closely with finance to manage invoicing and payment cycles.
What You Will Do
Maintain and organize all project documentation, prepare project correspondence, reports, and meeting materials, draft and submit client invoices, and partner with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely billing and payment processing.
