Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. The desired candidate will possess a strong ability to build relationships, problem-solve and communicate effectively.
Requirements
Timely and accurate customer order entry and monitoring of orders through to shipment
Provide timely responses to all customer communication
Build and maintain relationships with Sales Team
Work with various ERP & TMS systems
Log and track customer issues and complaints
