Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. The desired candidate will possess a strong ability to build relationships, problem-solve and communicate effectively.

Requirements

  • Timely and accurate customer order entry and monitoring of orders through to shipment
  • Provide timely responses to all customer communication
  • Build and maintain relationships with Sales Team
  • Work with various ERP & TMS systems
  • Log and track customer issues and complaints
