Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to maintain elevated customer satisfaction among homeowners. The ideal candidate will facilitate customer warranty requests and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Three or more years related experience, including carpentry work, drywall, texture repair and painting
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive among designated communities
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
