Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Technician to maintain an elevated level of customer satisfaction among homeowners. The right candidate will primary goal is to facilitate all customer warranty requests and proactively resolve customer issues after the closing of the home.

Requirements

  • Evaluate homeowner repair issues to determine if they are warrantable items
  • Process written or electronic work orders and/or verbal instructions from supervisor for homeowner repairs
  • Perform necessary repairs to homes such as carpentry work, drywall, texture repair and painting
  • Schedule and manage subcontractors to make designated warranty repairs
  • Follow up with homeowners to ensure concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
  • Process charge-back documentation and invoices
  • Work effectively in high pressure situations
  • Ability to work independently and be productive without supervision
