Role OverviewThe Customer Service Technician maintains an elevated level of customer satisfaction among homeowners by facilitating all customer warranty requests and resolving customer issues after the closing of the home.
What You Will Do
Evaluate homeowner repair issues, process work orders, perform necessary repairs, schedule subcontractors, and follow up with homeowners to ensure concerns are addressed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience with carpentry, drywall, texture repair, and painting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three or more years related experience, including carpentry work, drywall, texture repair and painting
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive among designated communities
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
