Job Description
Customer Solutions Manager responsible for defending America's Engineering Solutions market share, developing customer relationships, and creating commercial offers with customer-specific value propositions. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere within the United States.

Requirements

  • Develop customer relationships at multiple levels of the customer's organization
  • Create commercial offers with customer-specific value propositions
  • Collaborate with Global Product Management to set product strategy
  • Follow project execution and customer interactions, and address customer issues
  • Accountable for OE and opportunity pipeline growth for product/technology areas
