Job Description
The Customer Solutions Specialist (CSS) is responsible for implementing and training customers on CCC ONE Estimating, Repair Workflow, and related Add-On applications.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Self-Motivation: Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage a dynamic training schedule.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Collision/automotive industry experience, particularly in a repair facility or similar position, is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Technical/computer proficiency preferred.
  • Training Experience: Experience with conducting remote/webinar training preferred.
