Job Description
Join the Team Powering the World's Best Endurance Athletes. As an Account Manager on the Customer Success team, you will nurture relationships to retain and expand existing accounts, manage the account, post sales, through onboarding and implementation and throughout the customer journey to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Experience with data analysis and critical thinking
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (such as Zendesk Sell)
  • Contract negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
