Role Overview

The Customer Success Associate is a leadership-track role to focus on student success in math achievement. Gain hands-on experience in operations, customer service, team coordination, and business development.

What You Will Do

Handle enrollment calls, schedule visits, conduct math assessments, and guide new families through the enrollment and onboarding processes. Oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency, and administer assessments to identify learning gaps and create personalized learning plans.
