Job Description
CrewAI is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to ensure customer adoption, integration, and scale of their multi-agent AI platform. This role focuses on removing technical roadblocks, crafting integrations, and providing feedback for product improvement. The ideal candidate will be a technical bridge connecting customers with CrewAI’s capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of technical, customer-facing experience (SE, Technical CSM, Solutions Engineer)
  • Hands-on coding/debugging ability (Python, JavaScript, APIs, logs, observability tools)
  • Excellent communicator, able to bridge technical and business audiences
  • Customer-obsessed mindset; proactive problem solver
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
