They are seeking a Customer Success Engineering Manager to join their Revenue Org, focusing on onboarding, managing, and scaling a team of 30-40 customers. This role involves building customer relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring successful product adoption. The team works closely with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • 0-2 years of management experience leading technical teams.
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of building and scaling processes.
