Job Description
Censys is seeking a Customer Success Engineer in the United States to serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers throughout their journey. The role involves onboarding, implementation, adoption, and ongoing support, requiring a proactive, resourceful, and customer-focused approach. Collaboration with a dedicated Customer Success team is essential. This is a remote position within a fast-growing, high-impact environment.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
Basic knowledge of security tools, cloud providers, and the information security industry.
Understanding of common network protocols such as HTTPS, SSH, SMTP, FTP, SMB, RDP, and SSL/TLS certificates.
Comfort using REST APIs and Python for troubleshooting and automation tasks.
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
Self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Resourceful problem solver with a proactive attitude.
Strong desire to work closely with customers.
