Role OverviewAs a Customer Success Engineer, you will partner closely with our customers to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex robotic automation systems. You will contribute to high-impact initiatives across the North America region, from architecting technical solutions to delivering first-of-a-kind production deployments and managing long-term lifecycle success.
What You Will Do
Partner closely with our customers and other Intrinsic team members to progress engagements against our shared goals. Conceptualize new industrial robotic automation solutions and scope the path to deliver them into production. Contribute to projects directly by designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software based on Intrinsic's product.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of delivering modern industrial automation solutions into production, with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, debug issues and drive results.
- End-to-end understanding of industrial automation systems and the ability to guide customers to scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in modern software development, specifically with C++ and/or Python in a professional environment.
- Professional fluency in English and a willingness to frequently travel domestically to support customer engagements in the North America region.
