Job Description
MD Clarity is seeking a Customer Success Engineering Manager to join their team. This role focuses on driving implementation processes, ensuring customer success across the SaaS lifecycle, and optimizing long-term product performance through data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data-driven systems and analytical skills.
Requirements
Expertise with relational databases and data-driven systems
Strong background in batch and real-time data interfaces
Advanced proficiency in SQL (3-5+ years)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Rigorous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership presence with a bias for action
