Role OverviewWe’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our growing Organic Partnerships team. This is a hands-on, creator-facing role for someone who understands marketing, loves social media and the creator world, and is organized, proactive, and excited to learn and grow.
What You Will Do
Own day-to-day communication with creators throughout active campaigns, support creators through onboarding to the Humanz platform and campaign processes, and assist with creator negotiations around rates, deliverables, and campaign requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

- Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and current social media trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
