Job Description
Abnormal AI is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise Fed/SLED customers. The CSM will act as their trusted advisor, ensuring platform adoption, driving ROI, and proactively addressing issues. This is a remote position with a focus on achieving defined health scores and growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a CSM capacity, with 5+ yrs. experience in an enterprise SaaS product support environment
  • Strong experience with building and developing long-lasting executive-level relationships (including with CISO’s and CIO’s) at F500 companies
  • Action-oriented with the ability to quickly assess and integrate inputs across functions
  • Soft skills oriented towards developing and retaining a customer’s trust and de-escalating their issues
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Bachelor of Science degree
