Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience
  • Experience explaining how to reach key goals using software with users
  • Track record for creative problem solving for customers
  • Experience in marketing/advice to customers
  • Comfortable discussing account renewals, upgrades, and cancellations
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, video, email)
  • Curious and eager to learn
