Requirements
2+ years of customer-facing experience
Experience explaining how to reach key goals using software with users
Track record for creative problem solving for customers
Experience in marketing/advice to customers
Comfortable discussing account renewals, upgrades, and cancellations
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills (phone, video, email)
